Shipping Information


Garvey's shipping guidelines:


  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses; therefore, we must have a physical street address.
  • Most of the products shown on garveyproducts.com are in stock and ready for shipment within 24-48 hours.
  • Orders will be delivered via UPS ground within 3-5 business days following shipment.
  • FREE ground shipping on orders within the contiguous 48 states.
  • International and Expedited shipping available, contact us.
  • Additional freight charges apply to all international and expedited shipments, including shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all other US Territories.
  • If ordering from outside the United States, please call us at (513) 771-8710 (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time) or email us.
  • A minimum order fee of $5 is applied to orders under $25.
  • A $25 flat fee is applied for UPS ground shipments to Canada.





If you find any part of your received order to be incorrect or defective, please contact Garvey's Customer Service Department at 800-543-1908. Be prepared to provide your order number and a description of the problem.


We will attempt to accommodate changes and/or cancellations to orders prior to production and shipment; all produced and/or shipped orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and a 30 day return policy.
